How quickly will I get a response?
We respond to every email within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST). Most messages get a reply the same day. If you're a paying customer with an urgent issue, mention "urgent" in the subject line and we'll prioritise it. We don't use a ticket system that bounces you between agents — you'll talk to the same person from start to resolution.
Do I need to book a demo to try SlotCut?
No. You can sign up for a 14-day free trial in under two minutes — no credit card, no sales call, no commitment. If you'd still rather see it walked through first, email us and we'll send you a short Loom video tailored to your business type, or jump on a 15-minute screen share at a time that works for you.
I'm switching from another platform — can you help me migrate?
Yes. We help every new customer move their services, staff, and existing client list across from Vagaro, Booksy, GlossGenius, Square Appointments, Fresha, Acuity, or any other platform. The setup is free and takes most businesses under an hour. Just send us a CSV export from your current tool and we'll handle the rest.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger teams?
If you have more than 10 staff members or run multiple locations, get in touch directly and we'll put together a custom quote. Standard SlotCut pricing already scales linearly per staff member with no setup fees and no commission on bookings, but multi-location operators usually want extras like consolidated reporting and shared client databases — happy to scope that with you.
What if I'm not technical at all?
SlotCut was built specifically for beauty professionals, not software developers. If you can use Instagram, you can run SlotCut.
